Introducing RavenBrick LLC
The Prorammable Matter Corportation (PMC) was founded in 2003 by Wil McCarthy and Dr. Rich Powers. With the addition
of Alex Burney, RavenBrick LLC was founded in 2006 as a successor to PMC. RavenBrick has produced patented and patent-pending
"smart" and "green" technology for the building materials industry.
Wil and Rich have extensive aerospace engineering,
electronics, materials science and nanotechnology backgrounds. As subject matter experts for RavenBrick, they adapted their respective
backgrounds to discover patented and patent-pending technology that will change paradigms in the building materials industry.
Alex has enjoyed successful experiences in creating, funding, operating, and selling high growth companies. Alex’s entrepreneurial
experiences have always been characterized by high morale, sound budget management, happy customers, and lucrative returns to investors.
Working closely with construction and architectural firms at the local and national level, RavenBrick is focused on delivering innovative,
high-efficiency solar energy technology to the building industry.
FACILITIES
The lab facilities at RavenBrick's headquarters
include an environmental test chamber, class 10,000 and class 100 cleanroom, as well as an assortment of spectrometers, infrared imagers,
microscopes, thin film and nanolithography equipment, and of course glass handling equipment. Our manufacturing facility --
the first of its kind in the world -- will combine a state-of-the-art glazing operation with a high-tech optical filter shop.
